RS Group unveils its newly adjusted business strategies

and major organization restructuring

 RS Public Company Limited or RS Group announced its newly adjusted business strategies and major organization restructuring to further strengthen existing businesses and extend to new opportunities for business growth.

Three key strategies to advance the organization include:

  1. RESTRUCTURE: The executive team will be reorganized, while the successors, namely Mr. Chet and Mr. Chot Chetchotisak, are expected to officially take the team’s leadership roles soon, together with the other high-level executives, including Mrs. Pornpan Techarungchaikul and Mr. Wittawat Wetchabutsakorn. As a result, an executive team with a strong, competent combination will be formed to drive forward the organization.
  2. REDUCE: To optimize efficiency and agility for all aspects of management and operation, the cost will be reduced and controlled on an organizational scale.
  3. REFOCUS: Business strategies and direction will be modified. The organization will be divided into three main business groups, namely Products, Music & Entertainment, and RSX. RSX consists of a variety of new businesses, such as Pet Experiential Retail, New Education, Multi-Channel Network (MCN) Business and etc. To further improve synergy and accelerate exponentially, the Group will also collaborate with a range of new partners.

Soon, RS Group will reveal more details, along with its well-defined and exciting roadmap and milestones. Moving forward, RS Group will continue to create value for the organization, its shareholders and consumers, over the short and long terms.
