RS Group organizes “RS Group Anti-Corruption” activity
to mark the International Anti-Corruption Day on 9 December 2021
RS Group is well aware of business conduct with good governance and recognizes the importance of good corporate governance and management that is fair, transparent, and free from all forms of corruption, as this will lead to effective management and long-term growth.
To demonstrate our commitment to prevent and combat all forms of corruption, RS Group signed the declaration of intent on the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption on 5 May 2021 to highlight our stance against corruption and to mark the International Anti-Corruption Day on 9 December 2021. RS Group, led by Mr. Surachai Chetchotisak, the Chief Executive Officer of RS Public Company Limited, along with executives of RS Group’s subsidiaries, organizes the RS Group Anti-Corruption activity to establish employees’ awareness of the importance of honest and transparent business conduct. Policies and practices are also instructed to create and promote the value of anti-corruption throughout the corporation. The employees are encouraged to report signs of corruption via the given channels and keep an eye on improper behavior or incidents suspected of corruption. All these efforts are aimed at achieving the international standard of business ethics.
