Manager, Marketing (Vitanature+)

Responsibility:

Brand Marketing are responsible for ensuring that the products, services and product lines that fall under their domain resonate with current and potential customers. To do so, these professionals continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the markets.

  • Conducting market and business analyses.
  • Develop and implement marketing activities aimed at communicating our brand message for assigned brands to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Manage and work closely with cross function include media and brand agency to ensure NPD launch, successfully to drive brand growth.
  • Working with NPD manager for NPD initiatives, including feedback on positioning, claims, packaging, pricing and agree launch promotional strategy
  • Owns, develops, coordinates and cascades marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message in-offline stores, online platforms, social media, TV channel and execution to other parties.
  • Serving as a dedicated representative throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitoring & leveraging on technical knowledge, market trend and consumer insights, proactively seek new product/renovation opportunities by developing a robust innovation pipeline strategy.
  • Monitors results of campaign/program and ensure excellence execution/activity is timely and in-line with marketing directives. Liaise with salesman/sales channel to ensure appropriate content of programs and events.
  • Providing regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as EMV, engagement, reach, ROI, etc.
  • Deal and work closely with related parties both internal and external

Industry Engagement

  • Maintain necessary contact with major marketing suppliers, key retailers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve the objectives of the company
  • Support management of relationships: creative and media buying agencies, promotional agency, sponsorships
  • Analyze market and consumer research data to understand market and consumer needs

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in areas such as Business Development, Project Management, Branding & Marketing, or related fields in Business Management
  • Experience in Retail Operations / Retail Marketing/ Sale and Commercial is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic / proactive / flexible/”Can Do” attitude
  • Persuasive but collaborative working attitude.
  • Proven ability to Analytic data
  • Presentation skills.
  • Strong influencing skills essential.
  • Deadline-oriented: excellent time management and organizational skills
