Recently, ‘D-NA’ dares boys to try and break her heart with her latest single, ‘BREAK MY HEART.’ This playful track, part of her ‘BAD RELATIONSHIP’ concept, sees the singer embracing a bold, self-assured persona. Blending infectious Pop Dance with R&B melodies, ‘BREAK MY HEART’ delves into the thrilling yet risky world of a love game between two experienced players. Aware of the potential for heartbreak, they willingly dive headfirst into the unknown. In a recent interview, ‘D-NA’ shared her thoughts on the new single.
“While my previous singles explored the pain of heartbreak from the perspective of a victim in bad relationships, ‘BREAK MY HEART’ flips the script. This time, I’m leading the game, and I might just be more mischievous than you think.
The music video for ‘BREAK MY HEART’ employs the metaphor of a tennis match. A tennis ball symbolizes the feelings and hearts exchanged in this game of love, where both players compete until one eventually leaves the game. Interestingly, the term ‘love’ in tennis signifies zero points. This is where the phrase ‘Love Means Nothing in Tennis’ comes from.”
