investing in an Entertainment Complex with local and international partners
RS Public Company Limited is set to invest in a comprehensive entertainment complex business located in Phuket – Phang Nga Province through its subsidiary ‘Andaman Entertainment’ with an initial registered capital of 100 million baht. While Mr. Chakkrit Parapuntakun will serve as the company’s Chairman, Mr. Surachai Chetchotisak will be a member of the executive committee. Currently, we are actively negotiating with prospective business partners, both locally and internationally, as well as various international funds. Additionally, the company remains open to potential partners interested in investing in the business. This project marks a significant milestone for RS Group and is expected to become one of sustainable revenue sources of the company.
