RS Group receives Excellent CG Scoring
along with full 100 points for the AGM Checklist for the 4th consecutive year
RS Public Company Limited or RS Group was awarded the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2023: CGR at the five-star level or Excellent CG Scoring for the 5th consecutive year from the Thai Institute of Directors Association, supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Securities and Exchange Commission. This demonstrates the company’s competence in conducting business, while paying special attention to great corporate governance in all dimensions regarding environment, society and governance. Taking into account all stakeholders, RS Group has sustainably grown its business and adjusted the committee’s roles and leadership to enhance more proactiveness. In addition, the company achieved the AGM Checklist in 2023 at the level of five medals (full 100 points with excellence, recommended as a role model) for the 4th year in a row from the Thai Investors Association and the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations. This reflects the Group’s focus on good corporate governance, transparent business operation and equitable treatment of all stakeholders, while determining to continue improving the quality of organizing AGMs.
